Suction arms for Extraction smoke-wicker motion sensors

Placing a central Extraction system, the system is designed to perform efficient soldering smoke capture from 10 positions in parallel.

Multi-articulated dx suction arms were selected for the project,

The arms of this model are particularly flexible thanks to a multi-joint connection system which allows the suction head to be placed near the soldering point in crowded areas.

The arms are connected to a main transmission hose made of tin coil and to a central suction blower.

The blower also sits in the laboratory space and therefore effective means have been put in place to attenuate noise and vibration.

Acoustic chamber for silencing a blower motor, muffler at the air intake and exhaust, and shock absorbers at the blower base.

For uniform flow velocity in all arms a body was installed in each secondary duct and air regulation was performed after system operation.
