Emulsion and oil vapor filtration in industry

HCY-W8 filtration system was selected for this project.

The system is designed for a capacity of 1000 kWh.

And includes 3 degrees of filtration.

Pre-centrifugal filter is particularly efficient, its function is to return most of the coolant back to the cnc machine, this configuration is particularly efficient and reduces the load of pollutants on the final filter.

Mechanical filter made of polymer.

And an absolute HEPA filter with an efficiency of 99.97%, the use of this filter allows the air to be returned to the building space and there is no damage to the microclimate conditions of the space.

An integral suction blower is installed in an acoustic chamber and the noise level is 52dBA !!!
