Projects purpose:
Extraction of metal particles from manual grinding and polishing processes
Solution:
The filtration system selected for the project is a JCD model and includes Cartridge filters with a filtration capacity of 99.97% for particles of 0.03 microns, this filtration capacity allows the filtered air to be returned to the building space, so that air-conditioned air is not “lost”.
The system is designed for high dust load and includes a large sedative chamber and a particularly efficient initial separation system which reduces the dust load on the cartridge filters.
