Rubber and iron downdraft table

Our company designed and supplied a downdraft table model DDMS-55, the table is designed to produce efficient extraction of particles before they disperse in the factory space and to provide a safe and clean working environment.

The suction power is particularly high so that even when working with pneumatic / electric tools that throw the particles into space at high power, efficient suction is performed.

The suction table has an internal filtration system with an efficiency of 99.97%, and a periodic blowing system for efficient cleaning of the filters and maintaining a high suction power.

The suction blower installed in the acoustic chamber is quiet and very efficient and suitable for installation in enclosed spaces.

Downdraft table adapted for sitting or standing work and includes work rollers for easy transport to the work station.

The table is equipped with a 1,800 lux LED lighting bridge over the work surface.

The control panel includes operating switches and pressure gauges which provide information on the condition of the filters and whether the automatic cleaning system is required to operate.

The side of the downdraft table is equipped with electrical outlets for connection to power tools, some of the expensive workers connect mobile phones and audio systems for creating a fun work environment.

There is no need to prepare infrastructure for working with a pumping table of this model, everything is built and the work institute is connected to an electric line and an air line and the table is ready to work!
