Smoke extraction system

For a maintenance department which is located in a basement a system for extraction and filtering welding smoke was required.

In the basement it is not possible to place a suction duct and extract the smoke out,

The system includes an Armotech articulated extraction arm with a diameter of 160 mm and a length of 3000 mm,

The arm is designed to produce efficient extraction of the pollutants before they disperse in the basement space.

The filtration system incorporates a HEPA filter with a filtration efficiency of 99.95% for particles measuring 0.03 microns, according to the en1822 standard.

The high filtration capacity allows filtered air to be returned to the room space.

The system arrives ready for installation, installation time about an hour.
